“Without inner peace, there is no real happiness at all. The more we control our mind, the more inner peace increases, and the happier we become. Problems, suffering and unhappiness do not exist outside the mind; they are feelings, and thus part of the mind. Therefore, the real method to make ourselves happy is to control our own mind.”

If you have a daily practice and would enjoy meditating
with others, this is a great opportunity for you
to engage in group meditation. These chanted meditations
are also known as "pujas". The word puja is Sanskrit
for offerings. A Puja combines chanting and visualization
with meditation. Pujas are a special method for
ensuring success in our meditation by purifying
negativity, accumulating merit, and receiving blessings.
