The meditation classes offered at Prajnaparamita Buddhist Center and its branches combine guided meditation with practical advice on how to reduce stress and solve problems in daily life. Taught by Westerners, the meditation classes are very easy to understand and are suitable for both beginners as well as advanced meditation practitioners.
You do not need to book in advance, simply feel free to visit anytime.
