Overcoming Anger
Meditation and Wisdom for a Peaceful Life
Meditation is a practical and effective way to reduce and remove negative states of mind such as anger, jealousy, stress and tension. In this six week course, qualified meditation teacher Angie Kane will explain how to use simple, yet powerful meditation techniques to overcome the painful habit of anger. Everyone is welcome. Instructions are taken from venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book 'How to Solve Our Human Problems'.
